Michelle Bank, NP
Certified Nurse Practitioner
is a certified nurse practitioner who earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 from Maryville University and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2018 from Maryville University. She is also a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She joined the staff in 2023.
Daniel R. Berg, MD, MPH
Internal Medicine
is a board-certified internal medicine physician and Associate Medical Director. He attended medical school at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Berg completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He joined the staff in 2009.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
is a certified family nurse practitioner who earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in December 2008 and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2014, both from Maryville University. She joined the staff in 2021.
Ricardo Bolaños, MD
Obstetrician and Gynecologist
is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He attended St. Louis University School of Medicine Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health in St. Louis, MO and Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He joined the staff in 2014.
Jay Brieler, MD
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Brieler graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1999 and completed his residency at Ramsey Family and Community Medicine Residency in 2003. He joined the staff in 2013. Dr. Brieler has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2021.
Tara Budetti, MD
Pediatrician
is board-certified in Pediatrics. She attended Washington University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics in St. Louis, MO and New York Medical College. She joined the staff in 2014.
Nanette Coleman, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CDCES
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
is a certified family nurse practitioner who earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in August 1993 and a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University, St. Louis, MO in May 2014. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She joined the staff in 2023.
Caroline Day, MD, MPH
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family medicine physician and the Chief Medical Officer. She earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Day completed her residency in family practice at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison, WI. She joined the staff in 2007. Dr. Day has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2023.
Theresa Drallmeier, MD
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. Dr. Drallmeier completed her residency at the University of New Mexico Family Medicine Residency and Internship in June 2017. She joined the staff in July 2018.
Alex Gafford, DC
Chiropractor
is a licensed chiropractor. He earned his degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2004. Dr. Gafford is certified in meridian therapy/acupressure/acupuncture. He joined Family Care in 2020.
Elizabeth Keegan-Garrett, MD, MPH
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Garrett earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health from Harvard, earned her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University, and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Missouri. She joined the staff in 2009.
John Heafner, MD, MPH
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Heafner earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in May 2018. He completed his residency at Saint Louis University Family Medicine Residency in June 2021. He joined the staff in 2021.
Miquia Henderson, MD
Pediatric Medicine
is a board-certified pediatrician who earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at Washington University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics – St. Louis Children’s Hospital – Barnes Jewish Hospital Consortium. Dr. Henderson joined the staff in March 2023.

Radhika Jain, MD

is a board-certified internal medicine physician who earned her medical degree in May 2018 from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Jain completed her residency in June 2021 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She joined the staff in 2023.
Valerie Johnson, WHNP

is a certified women’s health nurse practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing in St. Louis. She joined the staff in 2022.

is a licensed chiropractor. She earned her doctoral degree in chiropractic from Logan University in 2022 following her training in integrated care at Affinia Healthcare and the St. Louis VA. She joined the staff in 2023.

Ashley Meyr, MD

is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Meyr completed her residency at Saint Louis University Family Medicine Residency in June 2019. She joined the staff in July 2019.
Heidi Miller, MD

is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides medical care for adults and adolescents. She attended Harvard Medical School and completed her residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Miller joined the staff in 2004.
Robin Musselman, APRN

is a certified family nurse practitioner who provides care to women, children, and adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and her undergraduate nursing degree from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA. She joined the staff in 1999.

is a certified family nurse practitioner who earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in May 2016 and a Family Nurse Practitioner Doctorate of Nursing Practice in May 2020, both from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She joined the staff in 2020.
Robert Poeppelmeier, DC
Chiropractor
is a licensed chiropractor. He earned his degree from Logan University in 2023. Dr. Poeppelmeier is certified in acupuncture and is fluent in Spanish. He joined Family Care in October 2023.
Alexandra Sawicki, MD
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family medicine physician. She attended Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sawicki completed her residency at Saint Louis University Family Medicine Residency in July 2022. She joined the staff in August 2022.
Abbe L. Sudvarg, MD
Family Medicine
is a board-certified family physician. Dr. Sudvarg attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed her family practice residency training at Family & Community Medicine in Columbia, MO. She joined the staff in 1994. Dr. Sudvarg has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2021.
Darryl Zinck, MD

is a board certified family medicine physician. He earned his medical degree in May 1991 from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. He completed his residency in 1994 at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine Department of Family Medicine in Madison, WI. He joined the staff in November 1995.

Registered Dental Hygienist
practices as a dental hygienist and is our Dental Program Manager. She received a Bachelor of Science-Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL in May 2008. She has experience working in private practice in St. Louis prior to joining the staff in August 2023.
Alyssa Ly, DDS
Dentist
practices as a general dentist. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, MO in 2023. She has experience working as a dental assistant and a clinical extern. She joined the staff in August 2023.
Harry R. Scharf, DDS
Dentist
practices as a general dentist and is the Associate Dental Director. He attended West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Dr. Scharf was in private practice in both Pennsylvania and St. Louis. He worked for the U.S. Army in St. Louis providing dentistry to soldiers prior to joining the staff in 2002.
Sapana Shrestha, DDS

practices as a general dentist. Dr. Shrestha graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in June 2018. She has experience working in private practice in St. Louis prior to joining the staff in 2019.
Angela E. Spoljaric, DMD

practices as a general dentist and is the Interim Chief Dental Officer. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. She worked as a dentist for the United States Public Health Service in Lawrence, KS and in private practice in St. Louis prior to joining the staff in 2004.

Chief Behavioral Health Officer
is a board-certified psychiatrist and Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Dr. Asher attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed his psychiatric residency at St. Louis University. He joined the staff in 2007. Dr. Asher has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2023.
Jacquelyn Cattage, PhD
Clinical Psychologist
is a licensed psychologist. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2012 from St. Louis University after completing her internship training in child and adolescent psychology at Applewood Centers, Inc in Cleveland, OH. She joined the staff in 2013.
Kelly N. Gable, PharmD, BCPP
Psychiatric Pharmacist
is a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist. She graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and completed a Psychiatric Pharmacy specialty residency at the University of Southern California in 2005. She is a Professor at SIUE School of Pharmacy and joined FCHC in 2016.

is a licensed psychologist. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2000 from Saint Louis University after completing her internship training in Pediatric Psychology at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vermont. She joined the staff in 2000.

is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University in 2015 after completing her internship training in integrated healthcare at the Charlie Norwood VA in Augusta, Georgia. She joined the staff in 2016.

Pharmacist
is a licensed Doctor of Pharmacy and the Chief Pharmacy Officer. He earned his degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2012. He is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and is Medication Therapy Services certified in Missouri. He joined the staff in 2017.
Azra Duderija, PharmD
Pharmacist
is a licensed Doctor of Pharmacy. She earned her degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2019 and is licensed in Missouri. Azra joined the staff in 2019 and is fluent in Bosnian.
