Aramide Ayorinde, PhD, is a healthcare leader with over 20 years of industry experience – more than 18 of those being with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). In her former role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), she oversaw the operations of a network of 11 FQHCs that serviced nearly 90,000 individuals in Philadelphia and its neighboring communities. Dr. Ayorinde holds a Bachelors degree in Public Health, a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management and she received a Doctorate degree from Rutgers University in Urban Systems, with a specialization in Urban Health.

Celeste Souza, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Longwood College in Virginia and a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis.  Celeste is trained in Relational-Cultural Therapy and is skilled in working with people who have survived complex trauma. Celeste has experience providing clinical social work care across a range of settings in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Missouri.  She joined the staff in August 2025.

Patrick Davis, PharmD, is a licensed Doctor of Pharmacy and the Chief Pharmacy Officer.  He earned his degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2012.  He is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and is Medication Therapy Services certified in Missouri.  He joined the staff in 2017.

Robin Jones, MBA, is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with a specialized focus on governmental and nonprofit organizations. As a lifelong resident of St. Louis City, she was born and raised in the heart of the community that she proudly serve. With over two decades of experience, Robin dedicated her career not only to mastering the disciplines of accounting, finance, and business management, but also to leveraging her expertise to uplift disadvantaged and underserved populations. Robin’s work has consistently centered on initiatives that enhance quality of life—particularly in public health, violence prevention, and efforts to combat the opioid crisis in St. Louis. In her tenure within government and municipal finance, Robin has held key roles with fiduciary responsibility, ensuring that public funds designated for community programs are managed responsibly, transparently, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Robin earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2001 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2002 at Fontbonne University in St. Louis. Deeply committed to service, Robin continues to apply her skills where they are needed most—ensuring accountability, promoting equity, and advocating for sustainable, community-driven solutions in the city that she calls home.

Charles (Chuck) H Veillon, MBA, is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of Family Care Health Centers (FCHC) overall business plan and strategic direction, specifically in areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. He also provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and FCHC’s Board of Directors. Prior to coming to FCHC in 2025, Chuck has served in multiple HR leader roles throughout corporate and the military. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired in 2015 after serving 26 years active duty. Chuck earned his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from Colorado State University – Global Campus and his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Ashford University while serving in the military.
