Keeping a child up-to-date with proper immunizations is key to protecting children from serious, preventable infectious diseases. 

Be sure to have the needed immunization forms to be completed and filled out from a student’s school, on-hand, when arriving for these appointments.

Behavioral health screenings identify if children are having emotional, behavioral, or attentional challenges.
