A message from our CEO
Aramide Ayorinde, PhD
CEO of Family Care Health Centers
Family Care Health Centers (FCHC) was founded in 1969 by a group of Public Health Nurses in response to worsening prenatal health outcomes in the City of St. Louis. Building on this legacy, FCHC continues to strive to address the healthcare needs of our community.
FCHC remains committed to delivering quality and equitable comprehensive Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Vision, and Nutrition Services through our dedicated team of expert healthcare professionals. Recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, FCHC understands the importance of keeping the patient at the center of the care plan, offering services that treat the lifecycle of an individual (prenatal to geriatric care), and being a one-stop shop, making receiving healthcare services convenient.
As an organization, we are dedicated to ensuring clinical and operational excellence, ensuring that our technology and facilities remain state-of-the-art, and expanding on much-needed services. These efforts are to deliver on FCHC’s vision of being the premier healthcare choice for all.
Family Care Health Centers knows we cannot do this work alone. FCHC is committed to our ongoing work on developing innovative programs and partnerships that ensure the best for our patients and communities alike. We recognize the importance of being connected to other key stakeholders in the care continuum and, thus, have developed and continue to nurture these relationships.
In summary, FCHC remains committed to improving the health outcomes of individuals and families in the most vulnerable communities in St. Louis and the surrounding area. We thank you for visiting and entrusting Family Care Health Centers – your health care partner for life.
