During these difficult times, are you feeling alone, stressed, overwhelmed or depressed? Are you worried about getting food or paying bills? If so, we want to help. Current patients of Family Care Health Centers can text (314) 531-6725 for confidential referrals and access to resources.

Please note this text line is monitored from 8 a.m. to 4p.m. Monday through Friday. We will respond within 24 hours. If you send a message during off hours, we will respond the next business day.

As much as possible, we will respond to your text with a telephone call. If you need to continue the conversation by text, please be aware that texts are not secure and could be viewed by third parties. We need your permission to continue to text about your health, so please text CONSENT to give permission to do so.

If you speak a language other than English, we will include an interpreter on the call.

If you are under the age of 18, parent/guardian consent is required.
