The Siteman Mammogram van will be at our Centers four more times this year. The van will be here from 8:15am until 3:00pm. Talk with your provider to make an appointment — time slots are filling up fast!

Northside Trap Run, 9/9/23 --- 8:00am - noon!
Family Care Health Centers will be at the Northside Trap Run on Saturday, 9/9 from 8am – noon! Stop by the FCHC table to get help with insurance, Narcan and harm reduction information, community resources, and fun FCHC giveaways! And, of course, we’ll answer questions about getting care with FCHC, no matter your insurance status.
Heart Health Whole Wellness + MetroMarket - 8/15/23
FCHC hosted a Heart Health Whole Wellness event that focused on heart health while also discussing the patient’s wellness as a whole. FCHC invited patients currently experiencing hypertension. Each patient met one-on-one with a nurse practitioner and received a free blood pressure monitor, important blood pressure information, and $15 in vouchers for St. Louis MetroMarket!

Made with Pride Pop Up, 6/21-6/22
Our June 21st and 22nd, our Outreach & Enrollment and Community Health teams will be at the Made with Pride Pop Up event at the City Foundry. Stop by anytime from 3pm – 8pm!
MetroMarket, 5/16/23
Family Care Health Centers is bringing the MetroMarket to our south city communities! The St. Louis MetroMarket is a mobile grocery store bringing fresh, healthy food to communities at prices significantly lower than retail grocery stores. Community members can stop by our Holly Hills location between 10am and 12pm to purchase quality produce and groceries. The MetroMarket will be at one of our facilities 5 additional times this year!
Moms in May, 5/12/23
Family Care Health Centers hosted our Moms in May event outside of our Holly Hills facility. Moms and moms-to-be learned about critical topics such as car seat safety, breastfeeding, child nutrition, and fire safety. Our Nutrition Services team was available to discuss our WIC (women, infants, and children) program and we had our language interpreters available to help as needed.
Wellness & Safety Event, 4/28/23
FCHC hosted close to 200 community members outside of our Holly Hills facility. We gave away almost 1,200 pounds of produce and tacos at no charge. Additionally, there were 21 education and resources tables from community partners and Family Care teams. Community members received rapid HIV testing, Medicaid renewal support, cell phones, household and clothing donations, and $25 gift cards to lucky raffle winners!
